Indonesia has once again been selected as the host of a major international esports event. This time, the country has officially been chosen to host the prestigious PUBG Mobile Super League Southeast Asia Summer 2025, better known as PMSL SEA Summer 2025.

The tournament, which will feature the best PUBG Mobile teams from Southeast Asia, is scheduled to take place in Jakarta from May to June 2025. A total of 24 PUBG Mobile teams from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam will compete for a prize pool of US$200,000, or approximately IDR 3.3 billion.

This announcement was officially made during PUBG Mobile’s 7th anniversary celebration held in Jakarta in March 2025. The news was warmly welcomed by Indonesian esports fans. Agung Chaniago, Country Manager of Level Infinite Indonesia, shared the exciting announcement while reaffirming Indonesia’s commitment to developing the esports ecosystem in the region.
