Profile of New Players Rex Regum Qeon from the Philippines, Irrad and Brusko

December 10, 2023

Rex Regum Qeon has just announced two new players ahead of the upcoming MPL Indonesia Season 13. The two recruits are Filipino players Irrad and Brusko. They will join Clayyy and the rest of the squad as they prepare to compete in Indonesia’s premier Mobile Legends esports competition. The arrival of these two Filipino players is expected to help revive RRQ after their disappointing performance in MPL Indonesia Season 12.

However, many fans are still unfamiliar with Irrad and Brusko. Below is the full profile of RRQ Irrad and RRQ Brusko:

RRQ Irrad

Irrad’s real name is John Abarquez, and he plays as a Jungler. He has been competing in the professional Mobile Legends scene since 2021 before being recruited by RSG Philippines in 2022. Irrad spent three seasons with RSG Philippines, competing in MPL Philippines Season 10, MPL Philippines Season 11, and MPL Philippines Season 12.

In his debut season, Irrad primarily served as a substitute player. However, during MPL PH Season 11 and 12, he was entrusted as the team’s main Jungler, replacing Demonkite. As a result, he helped RSG Philippines secure 3rd and 4th place finishes in those respective seasons.

In MPL ID Season 13, Irrad will take on the Jungler role for Rex Regum Qeon. He is expected to compete with Ferxiic, who was RRQ’s main Jungler in MPL ID Season 12. It remains to be seen whether Irrad can secure a starting position and bring Rex Regum Qeon back to its former glory.

RRQ Brusko

Brusko’s real name is Borris Parro, and he plays as a Roamer. He began his professional Mobile Legends career in 2022 with Minana Esports. During his time with Minana Esports, Brusko won several tier-two tournaments before being recruited by Nexplay EVOS to compete in MPL PH Season 11.

Unfortunately, Brusko was unable to significantly elevate the team’s performance, as Nexplay EVOS finished 7th in both MPL PH Season 11 and Season 12.

In MPL ID Season 13, Brusko will serve as a Roamer for Rex Regum Qeon. He will compete with Naomi, RRQ’s Roamer in MPL ID Season 12. Interestingly, Naomi is also a foreign player from Myanmar who was recruited last season. The battle between these two foreign Roamers in Rex Regum Qeon for MPL ID Season 13 is expected to be intense. We will have to see whether Brusko can earn the starting role and help RRQ reclaim the MPL Indonesia title.

That concludes the profiles of Rex Regum Qeon’s two new players, Irrad and Brusko. The transfer market for MPL ID Season 13 is still ongoing alongside the M5 World Championship 2023. There may still be more surprises as teams continue to adjust their rosters ahead of the upcoming season.
