Valve has officially unveiled the eight teams receiving direct invites to The International 2025 (TI14), the pinnacle of the DOTA 2 competitive season. The announcement has sparked major excitement within the global DOTA 2 community, marking the thrilling final chapter of the 2025 pro circuit.
List of Direct Invite Teams for DOTA 2 The International 2025
Based on performance throughout the 2024β2025 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) season, the following teams have earned their place at TI14:

All Gamers Global β A dominant new Chinese team, currently the strongest force in East Asiaβs DOTA 2 scene.

Team Spirit β The Russian powerhouse and two-time TI champions (TI10 in 2021 and TI12 in 2023).

The International 2025 Schedule & Format
TI14 will take place in Hamburg, Germany, from September 4 to 14, 2025.
The tournament structure is as follows:

Group Stage: 16 teams will compete.

Top 3 teams from the group stage advance directly to the Upper Bracket Playoffs.

Ranks 4 to 13 will battle in an elimination round to fight for playoff spots.

Bottom 3 teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

All matches will be Best of 3, with the Grand Final played as Best of 5.

Open Qualifiers will begin in June 2025, with 8 final slots up for grabs. This gives up-and-coming teams from around the world a final chance to claim glory at TI14.
