Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players seem to have to wait a little longer for the release of a new hero in the game. This comes after Moonton, the game’s developer, officially announced the delay of its newest hero, Cici.

The announcement was published by Moonton on Friday, December 22, 2023, through the in-game email system in Mobile Legends. However, the company did not provide a detailed explanation regarding the delay. Moonton only stated that there were serious gameplay issues related to Cici. Therefore, they decided to postpone the hero’s release.

Gameplay issues caused Cici’s release to be delayed

Furthermore, Moonton also did not reveal how long the delay would last or when Cici would finally be released into the game. As a result, the special event prepared for Cici’s release in Mobile Legends has also been postponed.

Previously, Moonton had planned to release Cici alongside the start of Season 31 of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on December 23, 2023. In fact, players had already been able to try out Cici for several months on the Mobile Legends advance server. It appears that some players discovered certain issues there, leading Moonton to fix the problems and delay Cici’s official release.
